星巴克计划让全球门店都能移动交付

咨询机构 eMarketer一份报告显示,星巴克 app 是目前美国最受欢迎的移动支付方式。2018年,14岁以上使用星巴克 app 完成支付行为的用户数量达 2340 万,比排名第二的Apple Pay多出100万。

Nowadays, Starbucks remains the most popular mobile payment app in America as it keeps a lead over other payment apps, according to eMarketer data. In 2018, 23.4 million people ages 14 and over used the Starbucks app to make a point-of-sale purchase, one million users more than Apple Pay.



作为首批执行忠诚度计划的大型连锁餐饮品牌,星巴克早已将移动支付和会员计划相结合。顾客使用星巴克app支付可以直接累计会员积分,获赠优惠券等消费奖励。这种移动支付和会员计划的模式无疑为星巴克app的成功打下牢固的基础。

As the first large F&B chain brand to implement loyalty programs, Starbucks has already combined mobile payment with membership programs a long time ago. Starbucks allows its customers directly accumulate their membership points and get consumption rewards such as coupons once they pay in its app. There is no doubt that Starbucks is a success due to its ability to combine payments and its membership program.



近日,星巴克进一步推动其移动支付和会员计划,力求加速星巴克全球门店提供移动端订购和支付服务的能力。

Recently, Starbucks plans to further conduct its mobile payments and membership program, aiming to accelerate the ability to offer mobile subscription and payment services in its global stores.



作为全球智能支付终端合作伙伴,天波特意为此设计一款小型收银机TPS575。星巴克会员向店员出示app里的收款二维码,店员使用小型收银机进行扫描,副屏显示会员所选商品的价格,以确保收款金额准确无误。支付成功后,会员便能累计积分获得免费饮料和食品,增加其消费价值。

As a global smart payment terminal partner, Telpo specialized a mini cash register TPS575 for it. Starbucks member shows the payment code in the app to the clerk, who will use the mini cash register to scan it. And the price of the commodities selected by members will be displayed on the secondary screen, further guarantee the payment amount.


Members can accumulate their points to get free drinks and food after successful payment, increasing their consumption value.


此外,除了支持移动支付外,该小型收银机还可实现税务日志登记,记录每一款交易,方便像星巴克的餐饮店,进行有效的税务管理,为树立依法缴税的良好企业形象提供有效的保障。

What’s more, the mini cash register TPS575 can also realize tax registration, recording every detail of the transaction. It will offer a hand to the catering stores like Starbucks to make effective  tax registration and further foster their good corporate image.
